The Vision
Super Dreidel takes a new spin on a classic Hanukkah tradition - Dreidel. The founders of Super Dreidel came to me looking to turn their vision into a mass produced game with a brand, game board, instructions, packaging, and game pieces.
The Process
Over the course of 2024 I developed a brand including a logo, typeface pairing, color palette, brand guideline, and multiple logo marks to establish the base of the company. I then moved to create a game board that combined classic Hanukkah imagery and the modern look of Super Dreidel to reflect the game. A matching instruction manual and game pieces were designed to bring the project together, just in time for Hanukkah!
The Deliverables
The client received a full designed brand included logo files optimized for both print and online use and a brand guideline. They also received print ready files for the game board, instruction manual, package design.
The game quickly gained traction with over 250 copies pre-ordered. Upon the release of the game, a Super Dreidel tournament was held using a custom tournament board designed for double the players and including an exclusive “Doubles Bet” section. Super Dreidel was also featured in an Oregonian article which detailed the creation from start to finish.
